VITALIZING THE HUMAN CENTRE

Introduction

The earthly globe appears now one with its climate, its satellites, its variety of species, of cultures and individuals. The knowers add other layers to this globe: vital, affective, mental, direct, spiritual, and so on.

• Transcending, focused in the crown centre, source of the planetary life, called Shamballa
• Penetrating, focused in the planetary Heart, called the Hierarchy – power of the Sacred.
• Expressing, focused in the throat centre, the humanity, human archetype, who should be intelligent and who already creates the form.  

A preliminary step: pure consciousness

It’s about to lighten consciousness in going to its source, and letting aside any content in order to penetrate in its light.

The one is three and the Three are one. The emblem illustrates this equation; it can unfold in breathing from the centre to the circumference then back to the centre, or in 3 types of breathing.

Expressing one: Throat

Mankind is relatively intelligent; it adapts to its environment, as do the vegetables and animals, but transforms this environment. Yet this intelligence is interested, hence limited, even very short. Egocentricity shortens the horizon. One has to broaden the perspective in a selfless, detached, impersonal, sense. Here is a meditative outline.

3 types of respiration - Pulsation of the green pole: intelligence –knowledge Perceived situation, withdrawal to the core – silence, discernment. Breathe again: understanding, inspiration, creativeness. - Pulsation of the blue pole: awakening, opening to the world Conscious horizon, withdrawal to the heart, opening to the world. The world, oneself, gift of the heart, selflessness, one point amidst others. - Pulsation of the red pole: direction, vital Assertion – abstraction, being – non-being, thread of life, spirit of initiative. - Avec ces 3 pulsations, intelligence swirls, focuses, reads what is happening. Inscribe the energy of selfless, palpitating intelligence in the world. See all human beings draw to it.

Notes

One may detail the contribution of each pulsation and express differently what is happening then. Thus the effect may appear as a first impression, and the detail of moves or words later. These pulsations are located at the level of the mental unit (5.4) or deciding adult; if they would pass to action, they would give place to the three axes of Direction, Relation, Activity ; they come from the pure consciousness: renewal, awakening, thinking; in the green circle, this concerns the waking consciousness, that guides us usually, that we use without any special effort.
Green: to be born with or to know; it produces discrimination, and brings understanding. In a second time, the question is grasped yet may not be formulated; the inspiration brings an idea: creativeness; but one has to go through the void.
Blue: vision, inclusiveness, fractal unity - of units embedded at any level. Here one has to go through the giving up.
Red: Direction, what matters; one has to go through the ‘no-thing’. Any attachment comes from a pulse remained incomplete.

The mental pulsation is focused at eyes level, the awakening pulsation at heart level, and the direction pulsation at the top of the head. If the first pulsation appears concentric, the second seems lateral and the third vertical. Contemplating the emblem of illumination was beneficent, it is less noticeable with this symbol; it may be used as a memento for the threefold pulsation and the green circle reminds “intelligence swirls, focuses and reads what is happening”.

Why is it useful to vitalize the human centre? The human centre has the role of creating, expressing the quality of the planetary Logos, of its Ray, still more to give form to the Intent of this Heavenly Man.
